Delete the shop yourself
Sign in, open your account page, and choose Delete this shop. Type your password and confirm. That removes the shop and the login. The email can be used to open a new shop. There is no undo. Download a copy from Account first if you might want the records.
Ask by email
If you cannot sign in, email privacy@unitedundergod.org with the subject “Data deletion”. Include the email on the shop and the shop name. A person reads it and removes the shop and the login. We reply to that address only to confirm the request is yours.
Facebook or Instagram
A Facebook or Instagram connection, when it is on, goes through ChurchConnect. Operate stores no Meta tokens — only a connection id and a status, and that connection is not on yet. Meta-connected data is deleted on ChurchConnect’s status page, not in this desk.
