Every job on the desk shows where it stands: quoted, billed or paid. Open one and you see the site, when the crew shows up, who is on it, what to buy, and the hours each person has put in.
Who it is for
General contractors, remodelers, painters, plumbers and restoration crews who run several jobs at once and need to see which ones are still unpaid.
What you get

- The site address and show-up time on every job
- The crew on each job, with hours logged per person and owed figured as hours × rate
- A buy list on each job that you add to as the work goes
- A printable invoice per job, with lines you can edit and a due date

How it works
- Choose Field & trades when you open your shop, and add your crew under People.
- Add each job when you quote it, with the site, show-up time and crew.
- Move it to Billed when you send the invoice and to Paid when the money comes in.
What it does not do
This is job tracking, not estimating or project scheduling software. There are no takeoffs, drawings, Gantt charts or change orders, and crew pay and 1099s stay outside Operate.
